Race Week Package
Race week is super exciting and is what you've been working towards in your training. Nailing your nutrition in this week will not only help you to achieve your goals but also enjoy the day as much as possible!

In this package we create a custom fuelling plan to suit all your requirements for the key days before your race.
1) We create a personalised meal plan for the two days before your race.
2) Design a pre-race meal that will help you feel ready to race.
3) Create a custom race fuelling plan tailored to your specific event to meet your preferences and race requirements.
4) We also will discuss key considerations and targets that will help you to recover post race as quickly as possible.
These fuelling plans will be tailored and designed to your preferences, while also being in line with current nutritional guidelines for optimal performance.
Price: £150
Training Block Package
This is where we work together for a long duration and start to take a deeper dive into your current nutritional habits and routines. We then start to make adjustments to these so that you can get the most out of your training as well as feeling the best you can on the day of your event.
We will be flexible around your routine to schedule calls and check-ins to ensure progress is being made in achieving your goals.
This package is designed to work alongside your training meaning sessions will differ in length depending on your timeline, goals and stage of training. Whether you're in a strength block or specific race preparations we can work together to ensure that your training is optimised with your nutrition.
Price: £50 per session (minimum 4 Sessions)
Clubs & Teams
I work with clubs and teams to help your athletes to be competitive and not be limited by their nutrition.
I provide a number of services for clubs and teams including but not limited to:
1) Design and delivery of custom presentations around specific nutrition topics that are important to you and your athletes
2) Deliver Q&A sessions with your athletes to answer any sports nutrition related questions
3) Design infographics for key nutrition related targets and recommendations for your athletes to help them be successful in competition
4) Delivery of 1-1 nutrition consultations for your athletes
